After successfully partnering with Pointer to enhance their outbound motion, DisplaySweet found themselves in need of a new Head of Sales. Their requirement was for an experienced leader who could not only formalise their sales processes and strategy but also spearhead their expansion into new markets.
The challenge lay in finding a sales leader who was not only experienced but also had the attributes to lead a startup through the scaleup phase. The ideal candidate needed to possess the expertise to refine existing processes, develop effective new strategies, and guide the company into uncharted market territories.

With over 100 qualified applicants, the process involved interviewing more than 50 accomplished heads of sales.
